Welcome to the Community Housing Network

Community Housing Network invests in properties and people by providing safe, affordable rental housing for people with disabilities and other special needs related to homelessness. A critical part of CHN's mission is connecting tenants to services that support their mental health, recovery from addiction, and return to employment.

CHN pursues innovative ways to help our residents enjoy life with a renewed spirit. We invite you to learn more about our work.

Community Housing Network receives support from Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County, Community Shelter Board, City of Columbus, Franklin County Board of Commissioners, United Way of Central Ohio, US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Ohio Department of Mental Health, Ohio Department of Development, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Columbus Foundation and other public and private donors.
