Live-In Resident Manager
Part-Time Resident Manager to live at these apartments on the east side of Columbus..Responsibilities include showing vacant units, coordinating preps with vendors, reporting all maintenance requests, completing move-out inspections, cleaning building and grounds. Free studio apartment, utilities not included. Individual should have good working knowledge of mental health and crisis intervention, ability to work well with professionals from other agencies; two years experience working with persons with a mental illness and substance abuse histories.
