Where do I pay my rent and when?

Rent is due by the 5th of every month and needs to be delivered or mailed to 957 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43205

Do I have the same rights and responsibilities as residents in other apartment buildings?

Like all citizens our tenants have the same rights and responsibilities established by Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.

Can I have a pet?

Only if you have a note from your doctor that states you need an animal for assisted living.
