Jefferson Avenue

The Jefferson Avenue development features 12 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments and three three-bedroom apartments. Jefferson Avenue is conveniently located near Downtown Columbus, which offers residents many services and amenities. The location is in close proximity to public transportation and Broad Street, a major thoroughfare. A variety of retail services are located within a half mile and a grocery store is located within one and a half miles of the apartments. The area also offers abundant opportunities for employment and education.

Resident services

CHN partner, Amethyst, Inc., a support agency for homeless women and their families, has a strong presence in Jefferson Avenue and provides various resident services. Community support workers from the Alcohol,

Drug, and Mental Health Board of Franklin help residents maintain stable housing.

Project management

CHN's oversight of its apartments is far greater than most property management organizations. CHN has 24-hour on-call capacity. Additionally,  CHN property management facilitates and coordinates interaction among residents. Community support workers from the ADAMH Board of Franklin help residents maintain stable housing. Amethyst, Inc., a support agency for homeless women and their families, also has a strong presence at the building and provides various resident services.
