As the Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer guides policy, strategy and direction for CHN’s permanent supportive housing program, including Supportive Services, Property Management, Grants, and Compliance. She is also a member of CHN’s senior leadership team and contributes to setting, communicating and achieving CHN’s strategic goals.

Jennifer joined CHN in 2017 as well-known and established in the area of organizational leadership. She has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive, administrator, researcher and direct service provider in both public and private organizations.  Prior to joining CHN, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Alvis, Inc. She also served as the Co-Chief Program Officer/Director of Research to Practice and Organizational Effectiveness and Midwest Region Director at the Child Welfare League of America. She has published and presented internationally to professional audiences regarding organizational and leadership development, change management, and data-driven decision making.  Jennifer has also led national and regional leadership development initiatives. In 2015, Jennifer was recognized by Columbus Business First as a C-Suite Award honoree in the Non-Profit COO category.

Jennifer earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Dayton and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.
